President & CEO
Mark Fisher co-founded Heartland Solutions LLC in 2007 and is now the President. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. In the course of his career Mark has worked as a climber, crew leader and ComTrain Instructor. He has extensive experience in estimating, project management and financial management.
JUAN REAL II
Juan began in the wireless industry in 1992 as a climber, stacking broadcast structure guyed towers. He has worked for some of the leading companies in the industry in various management positions. Juan has developed a reputation for analyzing and restructuring of safety programs, policies and training programs. He frequently edits safety & health policies and procedures to stay current and maintains numerous qualifications within the industry.
VP of Operations
Dave brings over 20 years of experience within management to Heartland. Before working in the wireless industry, he had worked in steel building construction, warehouse management, and logistics coordination for shipping worldwide. He began his career in the wireless industry in 2005 as a tower hand and joined the Heartland team in 2011. In 2013 he began serving as Operations Manager for Heartland. Dave is responsible for managing over 65 tower, civil and warehouse personnel which includes daily scheduling, logistics and quality monitoring.
Tammy brings 11 years of experience in construction accounting to Heartland Solutions. She manages the office day to day operation of this multi-state company, providing guidance in payroll, AR, AP and benefit administration. Tammy also maintains all benefit administration programs. This includes a recent move to John Hancock for Heartland’s 401k account.
Human Resources Generalist
Chad brings 15 years of customer service, print and mail production, warehouse logistics, and management experience prior to his career at Heartland Tower Solutions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in New Media & Film from IUPUI. Chad joined Heartland in July 2012 as a warehouse assistant, and quickly moved into a management role. He has assisted Heartland in a variety of roles including Operations Assistant, Project Coordinator, IT Liaison, and Project Manager before serving in his current executive leadership role as Human Resources Generalist.
